What we do not do

A note on scope, because we get the same off-topic enquiries every week.

  • We do not provide trading advice. If you have a question about whether to take a specific position, what stop-loss to set, or whether your strategy is sound, we cannot help. CompareForexBrokers is a Corporate Authorised Representative authorised to provide general financial product information only. Trading questions should go to the broker you are using.
  • We do not run a managed fund or signal service. Justin trades his own account. He does not take on managed money. There is no signal subscription. Anyone offering you “Justin Grossbard signals” or “CompareForexBrokers managed accounts” is a scam. Report it to ASIC and to us via the form.
  • We cannot resolve disputes between you and a broker. If you have a complaint about how a broker has handled your account, the path is the broker’s internal complaints process first, then AFCA (free, retail-tier dispute resolution).
  • We cannot recover funds from offshore brokers. If you have signed up with a broker outside the ASIC perimeter and are now having trouble withdrawing funds, the recovery options are limited. ASIC has a warnings register and Moneysmart resources, both of which are good first stops.

Email

For most enquiries, the form on this page is the right channel. We don’t publish a direct email address on the site to keep the spam volume manageable. Complaints

If your message is a complaint about how we have behaved as a Corporate Authorised Representative, the dispute resolution path is:

  1. Internal first. Use the form, select “Complaint about how we have behaved”, and describe the issue. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 business days and resolve them within 30 days.
  2. AFSL holder. If we cannot resolve the complaint, you may escalate to Bardin Capital Pty Ltd as the AFSL holder under whom we operate.
  3. AFCA. If unresolved internally within 30 days, you can escalate to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority on 1800 931 678. AFCA is free for retail clients.
